While it’s not ideal, every once in awhile a host may need to cancel a booking. Don’t worry—we’ve got your back.
You will be refunded in full. If your host is for whatever reason unable to watch and initiates a cancellation, you’ll see a full refund to your account.
Your host will be re-assigned. If your host cancels within seven days of the first day of the booking, we’ll do everything we can to help find you a replacement sitter.
